Two Clubhouses

Whether you’re hosting a birthday, a holiday gathering, or an event that doesn’t need a reason, members have access to two waterfront clubhouses available to rent throughout the year.

Small Clubhouse

• Members: $25 + $50 deposit

• Associate Members: $100 + $50 deposit

Large Clubhouse

• All Members: $150 + $100 deposit

Boat Ramp Access

Smooth launches. Graceful returns. (Results may vary.)

Members enjoy access to the community boat ramp, making it easy to get on—and off—the water whenever the tide (or motivation) strikes.

• Associate Members: $300 / yr

​Dockage for Boats Under 25’

Because size doesn’t matter—slip space does.

Dockage is available for boats under 25 feet, offering convenient access for day trips, sunset cruises, and returning home in triumph (or humility).
